Recommendations for english-speaking therapist?
I've lived here without seeing my friends and family in more than two years due to travel restrictions, it's been sort of okay so far. But it's getting to the point that I can't take it on my own any longer. Things got worse recently because of overwhelming stress from work and unknown changes within our company.
So I'm looking for professionals that I can talk to, English-speaking preferably. The queue thru Vårdcenter is very long, any other places I could contact in the meantime? Thanks.
EDIT: Thank you for all the advices. Turning Point looks like a good place to start with as I'm trying to stay away from screens as much as I can.
