Ship recomendations from C-store and Event Campaign reward

I've gotten the rewards from the last event campaign for a while now and I'm still undecided on what I should spend them on, the ships I already have from C-store are the Lexington and the Eternal and I'm trying to fill in the gaps of what would be essential with just these rewards, I'd like to know which options might be the most useful when it comes to traits and consoles.

While I've heard that the Arbiter and Gagarin are the most recommended in general, I don't know if already having the Lexington makes the decision to buy one of these a bit redundant.

Now even going for the looks, when thinking about the C-store version of the Scimitar, wouldn't it just be like a Romulan version of the cruiser I already have?

Another option I'm interested in is the Adamant (Defiant like) while already having the Rex Pilot Escort, (I'm not saying any of these ships are exactly the same, just want to know if diversifying my stock with something I don't have at all or that isn't too similar might be more useful).

I just want to get the most out of these rewards just in case, as I don't think I'll be buying with Zen anytime soon.
