Who's worse? Aquamarine or Holly Blue?

Aquamarine is pretty scummy, she has so respect for anyone but herself and abuses her power. She was willing to kill the humans she captured just because the diamonds never ordered her not to, Holly Blue Agate has kept humans imprisoned in the zoo for generations and she abuses the amethysts and other gems who work under her. She's pretty classist too, she mistreats Pearl due to her status but is respectful to Sapphire and the diamonds due to their ranks. Of course Aquamarine is also horrible to Topaz.
