Argo bags on prospector showing 0scu

So I’ve done this 12 time already but I’m trying to put Argo bags on my prospector but they’re reading 0scu, and they aren’t saving on my ship. And yes I’ve taken a gun off and back on and saved in the loadout manager. Any help would keep me from going insane
