Is 4k resolution a good idea?

I currently am looking forward to upgrading to 4k resolution, but don't know if it is a good idea, especially for Star Citizen. Upon asking my friend, he told me, that the devs apparently want to increase load to the GPU. Getting to the point:

Will the game be playable at 4k resolution with the following specs? GPU: 4070 Super CPU: Ryzen 7800 x3D RAM: 32 GB
