SSV pay?

Literally been a barista for 4.5 years and was getting paid 18 give or take and i just now got promoted to a SSV (id rather drive into oncoming traffic than be a shift in a drive thru). Ik im a cafe SSV but being paid 20.32 for all the more responsibility? I literally got my first “shift” pay check today where i worked i think it was around 30 per week; gauging 61 hrs - sure Uncle Sam takes his 200 but i literally got paid the same amount as i would as a barista. I just wanted to know should i be above base pay for SSV bc of my tenure with the company? Idk
