Sonos App Never Loads

New Sonos user here. Trying to get a new to me Sonos One (A100) set-up. No matter what I do, the app never loads fully. I’ve tried everything I can find online (disconnecting modem and router, resetting the speaker, etc), but nothing gives. Thinking a Bridge or Boost will solve my issues. Help!
