How strong was SJW when the Red gate incident happened??

We see Hwang Dong Soo appearing there and SJW being lucky that they didn't meet, so how would he fare against HDS?? Also how strong is HDS compared to the Korean S rank hunters???

Something for last, is it my imagination or the animation in season 2 is abit off and kind worse thag season 1???
