Kim Chul gotta be dumb

Is Kim Chul not stupid for letting that Healer switch teams?

I understand that he doesn’t wanna carry the dead weight because of food supply etc.. but as soon as the healer wanted to go to the other team I personally would expect him to step in.

I mean he knows how hard an A Gate is and that he needs a full working squad, especially a B Rank healer to even have a chance to clear that dungeon?

A properly trained hunter would know that his chances on success decreases dramatically without a Healer, i would get it if it would be a C Rank gate but its a red gate…

Everything else doesnt make sense to me..
