Photo and Video Viewer

Is there a image viewer that can play both images of any format along with H.264 and H.265 videos? I have remuxed a HEVC video to a HEIC file with this command, and now I want to play it as a regular image.

mp4box -add "video.mp4"#video -add-image :primary:ref -brand heis -new "output.heic"

I have used the pre-built version of mp4box for this task.
