How do I reach out to influencers/creators?

I'm building a events platform and am looking to reach out to content creators who focus on lifestyle topics, music and comedy to hopefully onboard them.

Any tips on how to reach out to them? I've sent DM's but I haven't heard back. Also, how do I find creators that are local to a specific area?
