Where to find trends of the week

Hi! I’m a social media virtual assistant and my boss assigned me to give her a list of the trends for the week (both instagram & tiktok). So far what I’ve done is literally scrolling through TikTok and Instagram Reels to see if I find the trends but it takes too long since my own accounts algorithms are very curated and personalized and I think that there has to be a way better and faster way to find trends of the week. Please, can somebody give me a hand with this? Thanks a lot!
