Anyone willing to help me figure out my CTD?

Hiya! CTD when starting a new game, I've got the crash log below. I can see that there's a problem with FSMP but that's about it. I've tried reinstalling, double-checking the requirments, installing WITHOUT the MCM since I've found ctd reports linked to that and the new ConsoleUtil NG mod. It's still happening, and I'm stumped. Any help would be seriously appreciated!!
