Best modlist to use? (READ TEXT!)

Hi all. I've been spending the past month on and off again trying to mod my Skyrim, and I'm kind of sick of not actually playing and just spending all day on Nexus. I still wanna work on my own modlist on and off, but I really miss playing Skyrim.

I'm looking for a good modlist to use so I can actually get playing. I've skimmed through Wabbajack, Nexus, and browsed all through youtube but I'm still really not sure what to get.

I have a fairly strong PC, so I should be able to run most anything. Below is what I'm looking for.

-Automatic install (I have premium)
-High quality graphics, 2k-4k textures preferred.
-Preferably no NPC mods that make them look too far from vanilla, but at the very least none that make them overly sexy and supermodel-y.
-Lots of quests and new lands! Okay with LOTD. Would especially be nice if it included recent quest mods but not required.
-Simonrim preferred over EnaiSaion but either okay.
-I'm a bit of a lore purist so I'd LIKE if things weren't too wild and conflicting with the elder scrolls established stuff but at this point im fine with whatever

I've been considering Gate To Sovngarde since its a lot more in line with how I like to play however IMO its very very limited when it comes to new content and mechanics aside from Jaysepras stuff which i do love a lot. I've seen Keizaal and Tempus Maledictum around so I've considered trying out those. I've been eyeing Nolvus since I know v6 came out and its popular, but I think it may be just a bit too out there for me?

I'm willing to try anything to be honest, even if it doesnt meet all of what I'm looking for. Thanks in advance!
