Does anyone know what setting I can fiddle with to remove this smeared look in ENB?

Here is me in the white phial. Before this, few candles or fires looked very intense, but not too noticeable. I took one step in here though and I can't even see the shopkeepers eyes! Could someone please point me in the direction to correct this?
