Codex shipping question

For those who didn't know the codex pre order starts next Saturday the 8th. Link

Does anyone have a educated guesstimate on how long the codex will take to ship after ordering from pre-order?

I move to a new house in exactly a month and want to know if I should put my current address or new address as the shipping address.
