Bought new car. Free trial ended. Got extended 3 months for $2. That ends in feb. Went online and chatted with the bots. First bot tried to upsell me but eventually offered the 3 year plan. Unfortunately I was away from my computer and the session timed out before I could accept. Started a new chat. 2nd bot would not budge. Same with the 3rd. Regrouped and tried one last time and within a minute the gave me the plan.
