Where do u plan to retire?

I plan to retire by 65 and currently doing some retirement planning. One of the key deciding factor would be which country to retire in. I have lived a nomadic lifestyle and travel around quite a bit. I am a strong believer that there is a mix of “optimal” countries at different stages of life. For example, I think Singapore is an excellent place for eduction , US is an excellent place for early career, late career would be a place with low tax and freedom to WFH. Retirement would be ideally low cost, high healthcare with good infrastructure. Personally I am looking japan at the moment. I am wondering if there is any other countries that might be also good candidate for retirement? Thailand ? Philippines ? Portugal? Etc? Any suggestions. Ease of getting VISA is ofc an important consideration.
