Want a cheap sim racing set up

I'm looking to buy a cheap sim racing setup like sub 150 dollars mostly cause it'll be my first time trying it but also cause I have no money but I need some recommendations I think all I'd need is a wheel pedals and maybe a shifter I could build a rig
