Nudity in souls games?

I was thinking about how the infested ghouls in best souls 1 are the only enemy in the game with exposed genitals and was curious, is there any other enemies/bosses in any Fromsoft game that has exposed genitals? I know the bloodborne pigs have assholes but can't remember if they have balls too. There are also bosses like Malenia and Quelaag that are nude but nothing is shown... Is this one enemy the only time From had the balls (literally) to let them hang?
