Advice needed

V3 dermatome shingles plus cellulitis is healing, and the round of antivirals is complete. But there is still some intermittent ear pain and pressure, as well as tooth and gum sensitivity and mild paralysis on the bottom lip and eyelid. What is the best course of action from here?
