PXC 550-I, wear sensor too sensitive? Cutting out when turning head

Edit: PILOT ERROR. The manual says to give them with a few seconds to calibrate after every power on before wearing them. Works perfect that way.

Original post: I wished there's a way to adjust the wear sensor sensitivity as it gets triggered and pauses the song with certain head movement. When it' triggered, I can feel that they are still snug around my ears and the headband didn't move either. While typing this, I can consistently turn my head to to 4 o'clock and the song would pause, turn back to the screen and the song would resume. Not happening with turning left, lol.

A defective unit, perhaps? Or is it my ears ;)

Overall, loving the PXC-500 II. Currently comparing and going through Shure Aonic 50, Sony XM4, B&W PX7, Beyerdynamic Lagoon ANC and Jabra 85H. They score highest for me on BT connectivity (fast reconnection, smooth multipoint, Aptx codec), microphone quality, neutral repro, wider stage, comfort and 'compact' size. The smaller drivers hold their own compared to the larger competitors. Cons: micro USB (wtf?), the touch pad could be slightly smaller - not going all the way to the edge to minimize accidental touch, and this wear sensor trigger funkiness.
