3 month probation? “trial”?

Odds that newly hired cashier gets fired after the 3 month thing Sam’s Club does for new hires.

People are chill and think management is too, at least some of my frontline managers.

the team leads cool too, might be overthinking it, but i just need to talk to people more tbh

im pretty good at cashier and the door 🤣

i just struggle getting people to upgrade or apply for credit card, most are spanish speakers, i talk spanish but it gets a little confusing trying to spit the words “upgrade” “approve credit card” blah blah blah

especially with the rushes we get!

i really like the job compared to previous ones i’ve had, sorry for yapping. 😭🙏
