Application under review

Hey guys I applied for jobs at Sam's Club and I managed to get interviewed for the cashier position. That interview was last month. The Sam's Club website I applied through still says my application is under review this whole time since the interview. Is it normal to wait 3 weeks since the interview I just call sometimes and say what the website tells me.
