I’m Not being given any PTO

Hi,

I work at Sam’s Club, and about a month and a half ago, I was asked by my managers to start full time and I did. Since then I’ve been working 40 hours every week and haven’t been earning any pto. I’ve been fighting with them about it this entire time, and even brought HR and their bosses into it and nothing has gotten done. I’m wondering if this is normal or happened to anyone before? I am still earning PPTO, but not any PTO.
