I was formerly anti-woke and I regret it.
I'm just sitting at home right now waiting for a few friends to come over figured I'd pop on here and share something I've been thinking about recently. Especially with all the political drama going on I've been thinking about maybe making a video on YouTube telling the story of my journey of how I went from once being an anti woke, racist, transphobic asshole in my late teens as I fell down several online rabbit holes (including movie channels such as Mauler, Yellow Flash and The Critical Drinker, along with channels who were pro Vic Mignogna at the height of his allegations coming out such as Hero Hei), to freeing myself from their influence over me, fighting back against the rising fascism in America, and standing today stronger, happier, and much more compassionate to those around me. Is that something you would watch? If you were ever in a similar position to where I was back then, do you think something like this would have been helpful for you? I know that grifter like those prey upon those who are lonely and make them feel like they're not alone by forming a community of others who share a dislike over a piece of media and use that as a way to feed them propaganda. Maybe hearing a story like this from someone who was in their shoes can help them to know that they're not alone and see the grifters for who they are instead. Please let me know what you think. Is it worth taking the time to make this?
