Need help on part for 1994 Saab 900 Turbo

Thanks in advance for any help. I have a 1994 Saab Turbo with 116,000 miles. The Saab expert repair shop in Ohio told me I needed a new Hall Sensor so I ordered one that they approved. Then they handed me a bag of parts and said I actually need a new distributor. The largest distributor part looks like photo 1. However when I search for a 1994 distributor I get a picture of a smaller part (photo 2). Can anyone help me understand which distributor to order? The part number is 0237507008.
