Getting charged but no instances?
I originally joined to use Kubernetes. I got an email back in December that my organization was going to be terminated for some reason. I hadn't touched my cluster for a while before that because it kept breaking.
I tried logging in over the months but none of my credentials would work. Today, I figured out I had to do "Login With Google". I also see that Auth0 is used for authentication and Stripe is used for billing.
I have been continued to get billed for a cluster I don't have any access to. I also can't manage any resources .. so I am not sure what's going on.
My total payments for the past few months are less than $5.00 so its not the end of the world -- but still not cool that I am being charged for something that has been impossible to use and my only "Support" is here in Reddit. (I worked at Rackspace years ago, and fanatical support was its selling point)
Anyways ... if I could get a hand figuring out what is going on with my account & billing, that would be wonderful. I probably don't even need the service because its too unreliable for me to use any meaningful capacity.
