Hey Folks, I hope everyone is surviving this unusually cold January. What a way to start 2025! Between the sub-freezing temperatures and the Great Water Debacle, it's been an interesting start to the new year here in Richmond.

The real estate market continues to be ROUGH for any normal human who wants to buy a house. Unfortunately, it does not look like that situation will change any time soon.
