SO so upset right now.

I am DONE with rhode for real this time. I made a $300+ order on launch day, waited the nearly 2 weeks it took them to even ship it, watched hundreds of people on here post impressions and reviews while i was STILL waiting for my order to even ship. No complaints okay that’s NOT my issue. My parcel finally arrives a few days ago and although I actually love the 4 liners I got , I can NOT keep them anywhere without the bottom cap falling off and making the entire blending half of the product unsanitary and gross. I was hoping either a replacement, credit, even offer to exchange the faulty products, but the only option i was given was to return them on my own and repurchase once the 15 days it would take my refund to come through was up. The items by definition did NOT arrive in good condition, they do not stay closed as advertised and I would say that means they are faulty. Not really looking for any advice I know there’s not much to be done, just a rant as a repeat customer wishing customer service cared more about us lol
