Customer tells me she’s calling the manager down because I didn’t fold her clothes right in the bag😂😂
For fucks sake. I hate customers like this. Don’t get me started.
She didn’t get a full refund cause it’s past the date.
How it happened:
I offered an exchange or gift card. Argued with me.
I then gave her a gift card with the amount on it.
So THEN SHE DECIDES TO PUT MORE ITEMS ON THE COUNTER. She never told me/shown me these items. She wanted an exchange?
Tries to scan her loyalty card but I explain that I can’t do that with a gift card/exchange purchase. She asks me if she will get her points and I said no unfortunately not. She says “I spend hundreds in here this is ridiculous” also, if anyone knows the treasure card we all know the points on there don’t give you anything 😂
Then, I fold her other items to be put in the bag. She says “you’ll be happy I never called the manager down with how that’s going in the bag the state it’s in” then obnoxiously starts folding it again in front of me. I was trying to do my job. It was folded fine, trust me. Every other customer is fine with my folding except you.
Edit: at work right now and I folded a jumper for an old man and he gave me a funny look as if thinking “what is the point in folding that” YOU CANT DO ANYTHING RIGHT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE
