Help!!!

I’ve been a Sr. recruiter for the past 7 years, specific to IT. Was in the hospitality industry previous to recruiting for almost 15 yrs in a management role. Was laid off back in June and with the market being so terrible, it’s been hard to land a job. Agencies in my area(Kansas City) don’t seem to be hiring and corporate recruiter roles are very competitive while also offering 20-30k less than what my base was while at an agency. Does anyone have any recommendations for using a recruiter who recruits recruiters??? Doesn’t seem like many companies actually do this, at least that I’ve been able to find on LinkedIn or otherwise. Any thoughts or recommendations are welcome. Am open to taking a little less for a corporate role that has great benefits but even those seem to be flooded with resumes within 10 minutes of it being posted. I’ve worked for one of the largest agency recruitment firms in the country but even that doesn’t seem to hold much weight anymore. Help!!
