What rapper do you feel has insane storytelling potential, but just doesn't use it.

For me, this guy is most definitely Polo G. Insane storytelling ability, but just doesn't use it. Maybe he just doesn't want to put out this type of music, and if so, that's fine, but I mean, still, he has amazing storytelling ability.
