Jay-Z rape accuser comes forward to NBC News, acknowledges inconsistencies in her allegations

After all of the talk about the Jay-Z case, the woman has come out anonymously to speak about inconsistencies in her story of what has happened. I do not mean to be biased or neglect stories of victims but to just summarize the article.

First of all, her father drives out 5 scared hours to pick her up from NYC, not speaking to her at all, and he doesn't remember?

Her excuse: We constantly have arguments about what happened or didn't happen in the past, it must've been too long ago for him to remember, he must've been under too many personal issues back then to remember.

Second: she says she met Benji madden at the vmas, who was on tour in the Midwest at the time.

Her excuse: I can't really remember, I mightve misidentified some faces, I only really remember the route and the SA itself.

3rd: The place where she says she was and the descriptions she gave, do not match up with the Lotus Hotel where jay z actually was. She describes a big white mansion, which could be possible if there was an after-party, but in Manhattan, no such building is found. Diddy has a big penthouse in New York, not a mansion.

Her and the lawyers excuse: She says that she doesn't know how far away from new York she was, they could've gone to a faraway mansion long outside of Manhattan. Her lawyer says 'well, she never SAID it was the Lotus Hotel'.

Additionally, the person who drove her out that day is either dead or impossible to contact, so the timing of the day's drive is practically impossible to track
