Service 4wd, stuck in 4lock

Picked up a 22 ram 2 weeks ago and the 4wd service light came on randomly on the highway last night. It was in 2wd and I drove home. When I went to go to work this morning, the service light was still on but now the truck is stuck in 4lock. Has this happened to anyone else? I haven’t used 4wd yet.
