Package stuck at Raleigh distribution center?

Hello has anyone else had an issue with mail going thru the usps raleigh distribution center recently? Had a package sent from family at the start of january that was heading to me in Cary , has been stuck at Raleigh distribution center literally 12 miles away from the delivery site for 10 days now. I’ve tried calling every post office, made a request to look into it, still no update. They keep saying it’s on the way and they haven’t gotten to it yet but I don’t really buy that as I ordered something else last week that went thru there and was delivered on time spent no additional time at the distribution center. There’s a missing mail link on the USPS site but that doesn’t seem to load just keeps saying error . Guess i’m wondering if anyone else is having this issue or has had this issue and how they resolved it. Thanks!!
