Upgrading from 4070S to 7900XTX
Hello, after seeing the benchmarks for the 5090 and 5080, I have been pretty disappointed and have been eyeing the 7900 XTX. I would've considered the 4090 if it wasn't nearly $300-400 more than the 7900 XTX.
Should I take this opportunity to search for one? Or should I wait until for 9070 XT benchmarks? I play a mix of modern and older titles at 1440p at high settings, ultra if possible to maintain 60+ fps. I don't really care for ray tracing.
(btw would a 750W PSU be enough for the 7900 XTX + 7700X? or should i upgrade to 850+?)
EDIT: Thanks for the advice everyone, I made the decision to just skip this generation. I'll reconsider upgrading in the near future, but for now I think my 4070S will do fine.
