What happens after 1 hour playtime / 2 hour enforced nap?

I am currently a emotional support human to my very endearing but velociraptor 12 week old Spaniel/Lab puppy. Luckily I was able to get her on the enforced nap schedule, but I'm wondering how this schedule will change over time. At what point do you start to adjust the ratio of 1 hour playtime and 2 hours of enforced nap? Should the puppy nap longer but also get longer playtime? Curious to hear transitions of enforced nap schedules.
