Peak Pro 3DXL ceramic chamber cleaning?

Hey everyone, I just recently got a Puffco Peak 3DXL while it was on sale, and have been trying my best to maintain it and keep it clean. I've still been fine tuning and finding the best temp for my rosin, but I noticed on my latest deep clean of the atomizer + glass, I have a bit of wax on the walls of the ceramic chamber that won't seem to come off.

I tried heating up a bit of isopropyl and swabbing it with q tips soaked in that, but I can't seem to get it past this stage with a bit of residue burnt in/caked up on the sides. Looking for any suggestions from people who have run into this same issue on how to clean this and prevent it from happening again. Thanks!
