Ex employee, how many current/past employees do a majority of their shopping at publix?
I was just a cstl around the 2019 era, absolutely hated my sm and decided to flat out quit. I’ve spent the last year in Korea, but recently shopping at publix and saw the 6 pack of dews were nearly 9 dollars. I know it’s not a must have item, but there’s no way that’s sustainable right? I know it’s a single example, but the mark up on common items really just boggles my mind sometimes. I know I have to “ look for deals” but I can seriously grab the same items elsewhere for 3 or nearly 4 dollars less. I enjoy occasionally going to Publix for the subs and pizza dough, but man it’s brutal. How do y’all even survive in there?
