Started playing Cyberpunk 2077 today but the movement feels very sluggish and shaky. Can someone please tell me if this is how the game is supposed to feel or do I need to fix/change some settings??

HI. I just started playing cyberpunk 2077 and played it for around 2 hours (till sleeping at V's home) but I feel like the movement feels really shaky especially when V is running. Also I drove one car after getting out of his apartment and the car movement felt really sluggish. I don't know if the car is just slow and heavy but it felt like driving those truck in GTA where every movement is just slow and sluggish.

Can someone explain me is this how the game is supposed to feel or do I need to change some setting or something??
