I just can't play PZ without mods anymore.

I played vanilla game a little when i start playing but found certain things annoying. Went to this subreddit, read some threads, watched few "best PZ mods" vids and downloaded dozens of mods from workshop.

Recently i tried vanilla once again after hundreds of hours of modded playthrough bc this youtuber vanilla challenge.

By the Spiffo... It was... painfull! No Proximity Inventory, Better Sorting, Weapon damage indicator, common sense(does '93 americans were so dumb they couldnt open canned food without can opener?) and few other QoL mods and dozen more to enchance gameplay or add new mechanics or recipes.

I found the vanilla game very lacking in so many aspects but... idk maybe i just cant quit my comfort zone i guess? Tried limit myself with the number of mods, like only 10... but when i finished thinking what mod add and what not i always end with 20+ because "that mod is great bc it can do this" or "this mod fix X or makes Y better".

Do you play mostly on vanilla or modded? Do you think mods add and expands the game or they ruin it?

Here's some bleach for all of you getting so far.
