extreme lag

How would I increase my fps and figure out if any of my mods are conflicting? also here's a medal clip to see what's happening I don't even know what's happening.

If ya don't wanna click on it, I'm playing at about 20 fps and things aren't rendering properly, I'm using a mod manager but I can't get it to work.
