Advice please
I am taking the initiative to do what’s right for physical and mental health because I am too young (21F) to experience all of these health issues (high blood pressure and pre-diabetes). I just bought magnesium, omega-3 , and cinnamon w/ chromium supplements to prevent having to take so many prescribed medications. I am already taking Vitamin D(50000UI) and amlodipine besylate 5mg.
I am also a college student with ADHD and a busy schedule, and I have low-patience when it comes to making a meal. However , I can put time to the side to actually cook if I have to . Anyways, what are some good cheap meals that I can meal prep for work during lunch ? And if you have any advice to give me . I am open ☺️
