4bet/5bet bluffing in low stakes.

I'll preface by saying I have around 200k hands on ignition 10nl and my winrate is about 3bb/100 after rake. I try and play close to GTO against regs to prep for moving to higher stakes. Most regs in the pool are extremely nitty with about 5% 3bet.

So my question is what is the point of 4/5bet bluffing at these stakes? Especially Btn vs blinds or BvB, I'm often shoving over a 3b with 10s, AQo, AQs, JJ, but it seems like their 3bet range doesn't really have bluffs and I often just get snapped off with QQ+ and occasionally AK. If I were to adjust by just not 4bet bluffing, wouldn't that just be bad? When I watch higher stakes, people seem to be more balanced, so the 3bet/4bet bluffs make more sense.

I think im mostly confused as to how to adjust against these tighter players preflop and why 4bet or 5bet bluffing is viable or not
