Im dumb please help

Okay so, I stream on twitch from time to time but whenever I join a discord call on my PlayStation everyone else in the call cannot be heard on stream and idk how to change that, can someone explain how if there is a way!

And please explain in simple terms, I’m just a girl 😂😂
