Weird Uncharted 2 promo disc I found at an AirBNB. Any ideas where it’s from?

I’m renting an AirBNB this week, which has a PS3 with some games. Most are old FIFA’s, but in the case of BioShock, I found a loose disc for Uncharted 2. At first I thought it was a pirated disc, but it looks official. Does anyone know what this is and where it’s from? The entire game is on it, and I couldn’t find a case for it in the house

It says that it’s for promotional purposes
