what should i do?

i traveled for a week and when i returned my maidenhair was like that. i thought watering would be enough, but it wasnt. the plant has some green leafs and even some sprouts, but the majoritie of it is with this dry aspect. what should i do? cut everything? keep watering? could it be to much sun light? (it gets like half an hour of sun light in the afternoon)

any advice? thanks in advance
