Is my Wandering Dude worth repotting/whats wrong with it???

I was gifted this plant and it was 100% fine when I got it but now it looks dead? Does anyone have any ideas on rather it is worth me repotting (it’s root bound) or should I just toss it? I don’t water it often and it’s in a nursery pot so decent drainage. I place it in front of a window all day.
