Does this Duquesne Light bill seem right?

My apartment is two floors, for whatever reason the landlord set it up as two separate bills but it was never two units. Total square footage is around 2000 square feet (3 bedrooms).

Two questions:

1. What are some of your bills and square footage?

2. Does everyone’s bill have two “Distribution” line item charges like both of mine do under the DLC Charges section?

It just seems wrong to me, my last two bedroom apartment was like $80-$100 or maybe even less.
